RW TUB PROTOTYPING

We’ve begun prototyping our recently shown storage Tub to test both sizing and functionality.

Shown below are 3D printed prototypes, these are printed from Nylon-12 and have an unfinished, rough texture with inconsistent coloring. These are just for testing purposes and do not represent the final finish, quality or material.

Above, is currently our largest variation of the tub. It can hold ~105 switches, amongst anything else you can think to store in it!

We’ve designed the Tub to be easy to hold, with an oversized lid for ease of grip.

The Medium sized Tub can hold ~76 switches. We expect these could be used for many things.

The Small Tub holds ~47 switches. This could be used to store fasteners, large amounts of grease/lube, stabiliser wires/springs, etc.

Here we’re experimenting with seals to water tight the Tub.

Also testing out a baby version of the Tub.

We’re still working on the final colours, materials and finish.

We at RAMA WORKS wish everyone a Happy Holidays! We'll be away from the office starting today until the 3rd of January - we appreciate everyone's patience with the support tickets. We're thrilled for what's coming up for 2020 and super happy that we shipped all M60-A SEQ2 units before our warehouse closed for the holidays. Lots of our products also will be shipping out in January, and we can't wait to show what else we've been working on!

We'll be out of the country on business travel and are already excited to get straight back to it when we return. Lots of exciting developments for both existing products and new; including new Inventory 2 editions!

We've also invested in new equipment to help us more rapidly prototype new products. The first will be re-igniting our stabiliser project, and we want to improve these from the stock offerings so want to spend time to make it right.
