Unsolicited Ideas Submission Policy

Please do not send any suggestions for new products or marketing ideas to us. RAMA WORKS® maintains a commitment to uphold its design values and IP. We do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials or marketing plans.

RAMA WORKS® respects your rights to your ideas, please do not submit any unsolicited ideas in any form to RAMA WORKS®. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when RAMA WORKS® products, branding or communications might seem similar to ideas received by submission. RAMA WORKS® has adopted a very strict policy of not accepting unsolicited submissions - any such materials submitted will not be reviewed. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter says, the following terms shall apply to your submissions.

Terms of Idea Submission

You agree that:

Your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of RAMA WORKS® without any compensation to you;

RAMA WORKS® has no obligation to review your submissions;

RAMA WORKS®  may make, use, sell, or distribute your submissions and their contents for any purpose in any way; and

RAMA WORKS® has no obligation to keep your submissions confidential.

Product Feedback

RAMA WORKS® does, however, welcome your feedback regarding existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, and we hope you do, we simply request that you send it to us via support email (support@rama.works). Please provide only specific feedback on RAMA WORKS®’ existing products; do not include any ideas that RAMA WORKS®’ policy will not permit it to accept or consider.
